As an Interior Designer, owner of The Interior Co, Kerrie says "it was so frustrating having to go to lots of different companies for the look I wanted, then to be let down by one company, ruining the whole project", so she took control and The Interior Co was born.
We begin with an initial phone call or email conversation, then make an appointment to meet in your home or over FaceTime.
During this time we go through the area(s) you want to focus on and make a plan to move forward, catered around your budget and timeline. This initial meeting generally takes 1 hour per room and is charged at £180 per hour plus traveling.
We look at what furniture you have what you love what you hate we may even find a better piece to suit your room or a painting which is located in another room and with your permission Kerrie sometimes creates and brings one room to life by using accessories and furniture you already have to make 1 room just right.
It's not getting rid of something because you haven't used it in a year. It's keeping the things that add to your life, not just fill your spaces. It's 'living better with less' but not without. It's what home means to you.
We customize our services to fit your needs and comfort level. We work side by side, on your own is fine too but under my guidance, if you like. We complete full projects including finding and managing tradesmen down to just choosing colours for the home. If you need a specialist sofa making for a certain area as it's an unusual size we will commission to the manufacturer for you. Soft furnishings we can also arrange and have made taking all the stress from your project. We even go shopping with you for items if you need us to.
