Hiring an Interior Designer Is a Commercial Investment often saving more than their Fee

After winning a couple of awards last year, Cheshire Interior Designer Of The Year. Best Country House with Period Living Magazine with my own house and Best Interiors Stylist, I have recently been commissioned to work on a couple of commercial projects. One is a substance rehabilitation centre on the Wirral, So get the chance to reminisce after being featured in Coast Vs Country on channel 4 a couple of years ago. I am in my element near the coast and I am able to bring some of this into the bedrooms for a restful place for the guests.

Being a commercial Interior Designer sometimes you don't get a defined brief so your questioning techniques have to be spot on and you have to be a pretty good detective too! digging to find the very best standard already out there and what the end-user experience needs to be. Working with Fenella Price CEO of We Do Recover has been enlightening her compassion in this sector is so passionate towards her customers is great to see in often a managed world where the CEO stands back from day-to-day challenges.

I am delighted to have received a recommendation yesterday from Fenella whose project has been halted due to a roof issue but we are looking forward to getting back on the job in the coming weeks,

Fenella Price

Kerrie has been working on a large design project for me renovating a 17-bed house. She is doing an excellent job which is still ongoing. I will be utilising her services again in the future once this project is complete.

I have bought a lot of the bathrooms from showrooms that have closed down and huge house clearances have brought me some unique pieces to use with the project, even a few interesting pieces from private rooms at Harrods!!.

Here are the designs I have done for the main lounge which there are three. My bold choice of colours and furnishings create intimate sections of space within a large room for small groups to still feel intimate. The choice of wall colour is brave but Fennella was completely up for it saying she wanted areas that were darker than most would dare but also pops of sharp colours with drama, so the resident's time spent here would be memorable. I have helped with the naming of the building and its branding having spent all my life creating start-up businesses within the design and hospitality sector along with fashion so I have created bespoke options of branded bathroom accessories logo doormats and a sense of hotel vibes but homely with my design choices.

Hiring an interior designer is an essential part of understanding the potential of return on investment.

Invest in the look and the rewards will follow not only your client's enjoyment but by investing in a design-led solution you can quadruple your investment often saving way more than your investment to the interior designer's fee.

A good interior designer will have money-saving tips, well thought out designs and access to discounts not found on normal retail purchasing. Their job is to create a bespoke look managing the project along the way to optimise your investment.
