Who doesn't like to make children smile? even the adults will have a little grin on there faces.

Its hard to encourage children or grandchildren to eat healthily but these cute little Christmas Santa treats will have them coming back for more.

• Cut the top off a strawberry and scoop a small amount out from the base.
• Whip up till thick cream and put in piping bag
• Pipe a blob inside the base pop the hat on then pipe a pom pom on the hat and two on the coat ( front)
• Pop two seeds for eyes or chocolate chips
