The Spenford House Project - Master Bathroom

Before we started The Spenford House Project - Master Bathroom renovation the house had 1.5 bathrooms the main bathroom was accessed off the landing but the other door took you through to another bedroom bizarrely. Sort of a Jack and Jill without access to Jill!

We enlisted an architect who was used to dealing with planners and Listed Building Consent, this is a must when dealing with Listed Buildings. He had worked on Lincoln Cathedral so we knew we were in good hands.

He reimagined a brand new layout on the ground floor and the first floor by removing 2 staircases and putting one in a more central location this immediately gave the flow a much better feel.

Getting the flow and function right is key to the overall layout of the property to get the most out of this 4 bedroom house but for 21st century living!.

We create not 1 bathroom but 5! yes we have put 5 new bathrooms into this deserving property!
