Mirror mirror on the wall! We all know how important it is to look good but mirrors are used very often as clever light enhancing and space doubling in interior design.

If you have a small dark room position the mirror opposite the window, high enough that you can see the garden in the mirror when you walk past - bringing the outside in and doubling your space and light.
